Déroulé

"30 for 30”
12-9-6-3 reps for time:
Bar Muscle Up (sync)
Worm clean and jerks
Cap: 8 minutes
Notes:
Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro bar muscle ups. They will then move forward to perform 12 Worm clean and jerks.
The workout will continue in this fashion until all three rounds are complete with the team progressing the worm every round.
Time will be taken when all athletes run across the finish line.
