"Move It or Lose It v2" - Pro Teams

Déroulé

In 3 minutes:
Row 300m / 250m (4x sync)
9 Burpee Box Jump overs 24" / 20” (4x sync)
Max Worm Thrusters
Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.
Pro Team Notes:
The row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed with all team athletes performing the movements synchro.
After the 3 minute interval, athletes will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the next round.
The workout will continue in this fashion until all thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
