"30 for 30" - Beginner Teams

Déroulé
12-9-6 reps for time: Chest to bar pull-ups (2 person sync M/F) Worm Deadlifts Cap: 10 minutes Workout Notes: Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro bar muscle ups (M/F). They will then move forward to perform 12 Worm Deadlifts. Workout will continue in this fashion until all three rounds are complete with the team progressing the worm every round. Time will be taken when the all four athletes run across the finish line.
