For time: 25 Bike erg cals 15 Bar Muscle Up 30 Clean & Jerk 45kg Cap: 10 minutes Workout Notes: Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform 30 bike erg calories before 15 bar. muscle ups, then 30 clean and jerk. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
