"Move It Or Lose It v2" - Pro Indie M

In 3 minutes: Row 500m 9 Burpee Box Jump overs 24" Max Thrusters 45kg Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete. Cap: 15 minutes Workout Notes: Athletes will begin seated on the rower, at the sound of the tone they will perform 500m row, before moving forward to perform 9 burped box jump overs, and then max thrusters in the time remaining. After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round. They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
