"Move It or Lose It v2" - Pro Am Pairs M

"Move it our lose it V2” In 3 minutes: Row 300m (sync) 9 Burpee Box Jumps 24” (sync) Max Worm Squats Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until all squats (45) are complete. Cap: 15 minutes Pro Am Pair Notes: The row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed synchro. After the 3 minute interval, athletes will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the next round. The workout will continue in this fashion until all 45 squats have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
