"Move It Or Lose It v2" - Pro Masters Teams

Déroulé

"Move it our lose it V2”
In 3 minutes:
Row 300 / 250m (4x sync)
9 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20” (4x sync)
Max Worm Squats
Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until all 45 squats are complete.
Cap: 15 minutes
Workout Notes:
The row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed with all team athletes performing the movements synchro. After the 3 minute interval, athletes will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the next round.
The workout will continue in this fashion until all squats have been completed. Time will be taken when the athletes runs across the finish line.
