"Snatch Speed Ladder" - Pro Pairs F

Snatch Speed Ladder This event is broken into 3 rounds: Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Final. Athletes will be ranked on their time to complete each ladder. Quarter Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 45 1 Squat snatch 47 1 Squat snatch 50 1 Squat snatch 52 1 Squat snatch 55 Top 16 athletes advance. 2 minute cap. Semi Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 57 1 Squat snatch 60 1 Squat snatch 62 1 Squat snatch 65 1 Squat snatch 67 Top 8 athletes advance. 2 minute cap. Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 70 1 Squat snatch 72 1 Squat snatch 75 1 Squat snatch 77 1 Squat snatch 80 2 minute cap. Each athlete must complete a snatch before the pair moves forward to attempt the next barbell. If at anytime an athlete chooses to stop lifting, they will be given credit to that point and then return to the start mat for the remainder of the workout. Their partner will then be free to continue on.
