"Snatch Speed Ladder" - Pro Pairs M

Snatch Speed Ladder This event is broken into 3 rounds: Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Final. Athletes will be ranked on their time to complete each ladder. Quarter Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 80 1 Squat snatch 82 1 Squat snatch 85 1 Squat snatch 87 1 Squat snatch 90 Top 16 athletes advance. 2 minute cap. Semi Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 95 1 Squat snatch 97 1 Squat snatch 100 1 Squat snatch 102 1 Squat snatch 105 Top 8 athletes advance. 2 minute cap. Final For time: 1 Squat snatch 110 1 Squat snatch 112 1 Squat snatch 115 1 Squat snatch 117 1 Squat snatch 120 2 minute cap. Each athlete must complete a snatch before the pair moves forward to attempt the next barbell. If at anytime an athlete chooses to stop lifting, they will be given credit to that point and then return to the start mat for the remainder of the workout. Their partner will then be free to continue on.
