"The Quick and the Dead" - ProAm Pairs F

Déroulé
4 rounds of time of: 12 cals bike erg (each) 30 Double Unders (each) 8 Squat cleans 45 (2 for 2) Cap: 10 minutes Notes: One athlete will perform 30 double unders while the other performs cals on the bike erg, they will then swap and do the same again. From there they will move on to share the 8 squat cleans (2 for 2). Time will be taken when both athletes cross the finish line.
