"The Quick and the Dead" - Beginner Teams

Men complete: 4 rounds of 15 cals bike erg (each) 60 Skips (each) 8 Squat cleans 50 (2 for 2) Then, women complete: 4 rounds of 12 cals bike erg (each) 60 Skips (each) 8 Squat cleans 35 (2 for 2) Cap: 15 minutes Team Notes: Teams will perform this workout in MM / FF pairs with the males completing the workout before the females to do the same. One athlete will perform 60 skips while the other performs cals on the bike erg, they will then swap and do the same again. From there they will move on to share the 8 squat cleans (2 for 2). Once the male pairs have completed 4 rounds they will run to the finish mat, releasing the female pair to do the same Time will be taken when the female pair cross the finish line.
