3 rounds for time: 100ft Handstand Walk 20 Toe to bar 33ft Sandbag Lunge Cap: 8 minutes Workout Notes: Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will begin the 100ft handstand walk before performing 20 toes to bar, then lunge 33ft. Time is called when the athlete completes the last lunge with both feet clearly across the finish line.
