"Final: Double Overhead" - Pro Indie F

Déroulé
For time: 30 Double Unders 6 Overhead squats 60 Cap: 7 minutes Top 8 athletes to qualify. Athletes will reset on the start line every 2 minutes. At the end of each round, the bottom 2 athletes will be eliminated until only 2 athletes remain. Workout Notes: Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform 30 double unders then 6 overhead squats, before sprinting to the finish line. After the bottom 2 athletes have been cut, the remaining 6 athletes will return to the start line ready to go again on the 2 minute mark. The workout will continue in this fashion until only 2 athletes remain. Athletes will be ranked by the time it takes to complete the round. Time is called when the athlete crosses the finish line.
