"Final" - ProAm Teams

Déroulé
For time: 10 Rope climbs 30 Worm push press 50ft Worm lunge Cap: 7 minutes Top 8 athletes to qualify. Workout Notes: Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro rope climbs with one male and one female synched at the top of each rep. Teams will then move forward to perform 30 worm push press, before finishing with a 50ft worm lunge. Time is called when all athletes have both feet clearly across the finish line. Score will be the time taken to complete the workout.
