"Final" - ProAm Pairs F

Déroulé

For time:
5 Rope climbs
30 Worm push press
50ft Worm lunge
Cap: 7 minutes
Workout Notes:
Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro rope climbs with a male and female synched at the top of each rep.
Teams will then move forward to perform 30 worm cleans, finishing with a 100ft worm lunge.
Time is called when all athletes have both feet clearly across the finish line.
Score will be the time taken to complete the workout.
