- 15 Synchronized Box Jump Overs (24'/20') (No Touch)
10 Synchronized Pistols (each leg)
50ft Handstand Walk (each) (25ft segments)
Round 2
- 10 Synchronized Burpee Box Jumps
Handstand Ramp ascent (each)
Round 3
- 25ft Handstand Walk Half Way performing full pirouette turn in 4x4 Box.
In The Remaining Time As Many Pegboard Ascents* (split as desired)
