Déroulé
This workout begins with athlets starting in their lanes. After the call of "3, 2, 1... go," the athletes will run 1 mile (1.6k). After completion, the athletes enter back in their lane and start with the 100 pull ups. When completed athletes move to the next marked section for the 200 push ups. When completed the athletes move to the next section for the 300 air squats. Athletes then run 1 mile (1.6k) to the finish. The athlete's score is the time it takes for her/him to complete the workout.
