24.3 Lift the Ladder

1’ for both athletes to complete complex of
1 powerclean followed by 1 thruster (Kid with kettlebell)
Both completed = move to the next station
Fail or no try
scaled - other athlete starts amrap deadlifts until minute is over
Parent/kid - amrap syncro lateral burpees over barbell until minute is over
Weights keep increasing for 12 stations
