Min 3: P3 - Max S2OH (135/95)(95/65)
Min 4: P1 - Max CAL Row
Min 5: P2 - Max S2OH (135/95)(95/65)
Min 6: P3 - Max CAL Row
At the start of min 1 - P1 will complete as many S2OH as possible. P2 - may sit and be ready to start Max Calorie row at Min 2. P3 then steps in for Max S2OH. P1 will transition to Row etc.
Only 1 person is working at a time.
