AMRAP 10 20 Double Dumbbell Box Step Overs (24/20") (V: 50/35) (JV: 35/20) 10 Synchro Power Snatch (V: 135/95) (JV: 95/65) 10 Synchro Bar Facing Burpees 10 Bar Muscle-Ups (JV: 20 Pull-Ups) Score: Total Rounds and Reps The tie break time will be the time to complete the last full round. Athletes can split the Double Dumbbell Box Step Overs and Bar Muscle-Ups/Pull-Ups in any way. RX teams have a 1-rep minimum work requirement for the Step Overs and BMU. High bars will be prioritized for teams with taller athletes. Athletes may use the black foam boxes or plastic boxes as risers for high bars.
