10 Synchro Toes to Bar (JV: 12 Non-Synchro)
4 Rope Climbs (JV: 3)
10 Synchro Thrusters - ascending weight

Athletes can split the Rope Climbs in any way. RX teams have a 1-rep minimum work requirement for the Rope Climbs.
Synchro Toes to Bar must be synchronized with athletes' feet touching the pull-up bar at the same time. Synchro Thrusters must be synchronized with the barbell overhead.
Teams must roll their barbells away from the bar after each round. There will be weights at each interval for the athletes to load their barbells between rounds. Athletes can help load their partner's barbell.
