Each athlete must perform the complex of 3 Power Cleans 3 Front Squat 3 Shoulder To Overhead After each successful lift, their bar increases by 5kg A missed lift = the end of the workout for that athlete. Their partner can continue. The score is the total of each athlete's best successful lift
