How Partner WOD Works
• Teams split reps however they choose (chip away or switch as needed)
• Athletes may only switch every 20 ft during the walking lunges
• Only one partner works at a time and other stays at team cone!

*The loads are a suggested starting point. If you are completing all the workouts in the
Foundations division, you are free to decrease or increase the load as your skill level allows.
