Ouvrir le timer11 Minute EMOM for Max Reps: Calorie Row Burpee Pull-Up RX: Chest To Bar Pull-Ups SCALED: Chin over Bar Pull-Ups *One athlete starts on the row while the other one starts on the burpee pull-ups. The athletes will alternate movements every minute until the 11 minutes are up. *Row Calorie and Burpee Pull up totals are scored separately
