24.2a Bar

Ouvrir le timer24.2A - Bar/Bike EMOM *️⃣One athlete will begin the workout by completing 10 cleans then immediately getting to the Echo Bike for as many calories as possible in the remainder of the minute. *️⃣At the 1:00 mark the athlete on the bike must stop. *️⃣At the 1:00 mark ANY athlete may begin the next barbell reps (8 Front Squats) and then move to the bike to finish out the minute. *️⃣This pattern continues for 6 minutes with the barbell movements and weights listed. *️⃣The person who completes the barbell reps must also bike. There is no splitting up the work designated for the specific minute. Any athlete may choose to go for any minute. If barbell reps are not completed by the end of the minute the team is finished with 24.2A and must wait for 24.2B to begin. *️⃣The non-working athletes are responsible for loading the next barbell weight. Collars are required or the lifts will not count. *️⃣Score = Total Echo Bike Calories
