8 lengths (shuttle runs together) (25'=1) 10 synchro line facing burpees 6 lengths farmer's carry 25 ft = 1 (50s/35s) 10 synchro line facing burpees 4 lengths DB lunges 25 ft =1 (held however) (50s/35s) 10 synchro line facing burpees 2 lengths HS walk 25ft = 1(intermediate= weighted bear crawl 50/35) 10 synchro line facing burpees 4 lengths DB lunges 10 synchro line facing burpees 6 lengths farmer's carry 10 synchro line facing burpees 8 lengths (shuttle run together) At the start of 3,2,1 go both athletes will begin the shuttle sprints. 25 ft equals 1, Athletes will continue working together through the 10 synchro line facing burpees. Athletes will then complete 6 lengths of farmers Carry's, 1 athlete will work at a time. Athletes will then move onto 4 lengths of DB lunges again working 1 at a time. DB can be held at athletes choice. 25 ft = 1. Athletes will then complete a total of 2 Hand Stand Walks (Intermediate perform 2 weighted Bear Crawls 50/35). Athletes will then work their way back down begginning with the 10 Synchro line facing burpees, followed by 6 lengths farmers's Carry, another 10 Synchro line facing burpees, finishing with 8 lenghts of Shuttle runs. *Handstand Walks are completed in 25ft increments unbroken. If athlete falls they will start over.
