Each athlete will have 10:00 to find a max load of "The BlkOps Complex"
1 Clean
2 Front Squats
1 Shoulder to Overhead
**Squat Cleans are allowed but will not count towards the 2 front squat reps**
**Shoulder to Overhead: Strict Press|Push Press|Push Jerk|Split Jerk**
**If athlete fails S2O, they can reattempt from the shoulder rather than having to go back down to the floor**
