"Grip Gang"

Snatches per round: 10 14 18 22 26 30 34 38 **Add rope climbs to each round** RX M/F | Masters M + 2 rope climbs Scaled M/F | Masters F + 1 rope climbs "Grip Gang" is an 8min AMRAP (ygig) style workout. While one partner works the other partner rests. Athletes have the freedom to strategize rope climbs, both partners are not required to do the rope climbs. Teams will then get a 1-minute rest before attempting 2:00 AMRAP of Echo Bike for Max Cals. 8min AMRAP 10 Hang Power Snatches 2 x 15ft Rope Climbs (1 x 12ft Rope Masters Female Division & Scaled Division) **Team add 4 additional hang snatches each round** Score: Total reps at 8:00 mark
