Notes:
Partners will alternate who starts on the rower each interval. Men will row 15 cals, women will row 10 cals. Then the other partner will complete the 10 thrusters. Once that work is complete, both partners may switch as they see fit on the burpees until 100 burpees are completed. If a team completes the 100 burpees before the time cap in the last interval, their score will be a time including previous rest minutes. If they do not, their score will be total number of burpees completed. The row and the thrusters will not count towards their total score.
