10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlift (295/190#) Bench Press (165/115#) Squat Clean (145/105#) *16 minute time cap The event starts with the athlete standing tall behind their deadlift barbell. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” the athlete will complete 10 deadlifts, then move to their bench and complete 10 bench presses, then move to their squat clean barbell and complete 10 squat cleans. The athlete will follow this movement order while completing 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 rep of every movement. The time stops for the athlete at the top of their final squat clean. The athlete's score is the total time it takes to complete the event, or the total number of reps completed within the time cap. 117 total reps
