3 - Run Like the Winded

Ouvrir le timerAmrap 3 minute: Max Calorie Run -Rest 1 minute, then into Event 4- The event starts with the athlete standing behind their runner. At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” athletes will begin accumulating as many calories as they can in the 3-minutes. At the call of “3,2,1 Time!” athletes will stop running and begin a 1-minute rest period. The athlete’s score is the total number of calories accumulated when the clock hits 3:00.
