At the call of “3,2,1 Go!” both athletes will begin their 40 synchro DB Snatches, then they will move to their pull up bar and begin completing 80 toes-to-bar reps. Teams will move back to their dumbbells and complete 30 synchro slushies, then move to their pull up bar to complete 60 chest-to-bar pull ups. Teams will move back to their dumbbells for 20 synchro 1-arm alternating Devil’s Press, and back to their pull-up bar to finish 40 bar muscle ups. The workout is completed when the 40 bar muscle ups are completed. Score for this event is the time it takes to complete all the repetitions or the total number of repetitions completed within the time cap. 270 total reps
