EVENT 1: 15.2(ish) INTERMEDIATE AMRAP 10 10 Overhead Squats (45/35) 5 Pull-Ups/10 Ring Rows **Teams must choose between pull-ups or ring rows prior to the start of their heat. Each teammate does not have to chose the same option. **In the event of a tie, the team with the most athletes doing pull-ups would place ahead of a pull-up/ring row combination team or a team of all ring row athletes. **Ring Row Standards: The bottom of the rings will be 40" from the floor and feet will remain even with the rig. BEGINNER AMRAP 10 10 Front Squats (45/35) 10 Ring Rows **Ring Row Standards: The bottom of the rings will be 40" from the floor and feet will remain even with the rig. **Barbells must be lowered and placed on the ground (not dropped, even from a lower height) or the last rep will not count.
