QUALIFIER WORKOUT 23.1
FOR TIME:
30 Single Unders
10 Deadlift
10 Toes to bar
10 Power Clean
10 Pull-up
10 Thruster
10 Chest to bar
Scaled Men: 50 kg
Scaled Women: 30kg
Master 40+ Men: 50kg
Master 35+ Women: 30kg
*Atlet her hareket sonunda  antrenmanın başına dönerek 7 round’ı kumulatif bir şekilde en kısa sürede tamamlar.
*Atlet, ilk round 30 Single Under atladıktan sonra durup 2. round’daki 30 Single Under için sıfırdan başlamalıdır.
Durmadan yapılan 60 Single Under skorları minör ceza alır.
*Athlete completes each movement and adds the next movement each round cumulatively.
*Athlete MUST stop after 30 Single Under of 1st round, then start over 30 Single Under for 2nd round. The scores that doesn’t stop after 1st round will have minor penalty.
