18.4 starts in a running clock 2 mins after the completion of 18.3.
18.4 has a 5 minute time cap to complete HEAVY ISABEL - 30 snatches for time.
Any style of snatch is permitted (muscle snatch, power snatch, squat snatch, split snatch).
WEIGHT VARIATIONS:
RX & MASTERS 35-39: 70/50kgs
MASTERS 40-44 & 45-49: 60/40kgs
MASTERS 50+ & SCALED & TEENS: 50/35kgs
