WEIGHT VARIATIONS:
RX & MASTERS 35-39: 30/20 kgs
ALL OTHER DIVISIONS: 20/10 kgs
MOVEMENT VARIATIONS:
MASTERS WOMEN 45-49 & 50+: pull ups
SCALED & TEENS: pull ups
