Workout 18.2 is a 20 mins row for distance. It will have two parts; 18.2a and 18.2b and each part weights 50% on the total score of the workout 18.2. Part a is the distance you will cover in the first 4 mins and Part b is the distance you will cover in the total 20 mins. There are no division variations for this workout.
