For max reps Athlete 1 5:00 1RM Snatch 2:00 Max Overhead Squats after the 7:00 mark Athlete 2 5:00 1RM C&J 2:00 Max Shoulder to Overhead The score will be the combined repetitions of Athlete 1 (OHS) and Athlete 2 (S20) The tiebreaker will be the combined weight from Event 1 (1RM Snatch + C&J) Overhead Squat RX: 135/95lbs Masters: 115/85lbs Scaled: 95/65lbs Shoulder to Overhead RX: 155/105lbs Masters: 135/95lbs Scaled: 105/75lbs Athletes will go one after the other in two separate 7-minute intervals, each athlete will have 5 minutes to establish a 1 RM of their given lift for Score 1. At the 5-minute mark, teams will adjust the bar weight for the given athlete to perform max reps of the movement designated to their lift for score 2. 🚨FAQs 🚨 💀Athletes can receive assistance when loading barbells 💀Athletes cannot load the bar to the max rep weight until the 5:00 mark
