8 SA Alt DB C&J RX 70/55lbs Masters 60/45lbs Scaled 50/35lbs

Then...
4 Rounds
Athlete 1: 10 Front Squat + 5 Shoulder to Overhead + 5 Thrusters
RX 135/95lbs Masters 115/75lbs Scaled 95/65lbs
Once athlete 1 completes the triplet
Athlete 2: 25' Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges + 5 Single Arm Alternating Devil's Press + 25' Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges
RX 60/45lbs Masters 50/35lbs Scaled 40/25lbs
Athletes will repeat this "You go I go" flow for 4 total rounds (4 rds per athlete)
The score will be the overall time it takes to complete both the chipper and the triplet.
