2 Rope Climbs 15'/12'
6 SandBag Burpee Box Get Overs 48"/42"

3/2 Wall Walks
One athlete completes a 200m run, followed by 3/2 rope climbs, 6 sandbag burpee box get-overs, 10 T2B, and finishes with 3/2 wall walks. Once the round is completed they tag in their teammate who begins round 2. Partners will alternate completing a total of 3 rounds each.
RX: Vested Run 20/14lbs Vested Rope Climb 15'/12' Atlas Stone/SandBag 150/100lbs
Masters: 200m Run SandBag 100/80lbs Rope Climbs 15'/12'
Scaled: 200m Run DBall 90/70lbs 2/1 Rope Climbs 12'/12' K2C 2/2 Wall Walks
FAQ:
🚨Tie breaker: In the case a team is time capped, their completed rounds + reps will be the tiebreaker
🚨RX Athletes must provide their own vests which will be weighed on Sunday
🚨Rx Athletes will only wear the vest for the 200m run and the rope climb.  They will be dropping it each round before Get Overs, T2B, and Wall Walks.  They will put the vest back on at a time of their choosing during the rest period.
