This is a 1 Score Event: AMRAP Front Squats RX/Masters Teams Standards: With a 12 Minute running clock, 1 athlete works while 1 rests completing the following: 100 Double Unders 5 Rounds of DT (RX:135/105) (Masters Female: 85#) 40 Pullups 30 Lateral Burpees over the bar. In remainig time, AMRAP Front Squats with your Barbell Weight for "DT". *Athletes can switch in and anytime and you are not required to tag hands.* 1 Round of "DT"= 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Clean, 6 Shoulder 2 Overhead. Lateral Burpees over the bar for RX and Masters Division wil be a 2 feet take off and land. If your feet touch the bar you will have to step back over the bar and complete the lateral jump over the bar. Intermediate Division Standards: 150 Single Unders 5 Rounds of "DT" (Males-105#, Females-65#) 30 Pullups (Males) 30 Jumping Pullups (Females) 30 Lateral Burpees over the bar In remaining time, AMRAP Front Squats (105/65) *Athletes can step or jump over the bar* *Athletes can switch in and out anytime and are not required to tag hands* * 1 Round of "DT"=12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Shoulder to Overhead*
