Rope Climb
- After each set of rope climbs -
50' Ft Double Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50s/35s)
20 Shoulder To Overhead + 50' Ft Overhead walk
*12 Min Cap
Rope climb standard:
Athletes may break up rope climbs however they wish. Rep is credit when athelete makes hand contact with 15Ft marker. On the last rope climb of each set athletes will make contact with the 15ft marker and the other athlete may start the lunge once hand contact is made.
Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge standard:
Dumbbells must be racked at the shoulder in any style as long as the hands remain on the handles during the walking lunge. 50' Ft is broken up however athletes choose, but if you start you must finish 25' Ft section before switching.
Shoulder To Over Head standard:
Athletes may strict press, push press, push jerk or split jerk, as long as the feet are together with the knees, hips and arms locked out over the center of the athletes body before going into the next rep.
50' Ft Overhead walk standard:
After the 20th shoulder to overhead athletes will walk with both of the dumbbells locked out overhead for 50'ft, athletes may choose to split this however they wish, but if you start you must finish 25' Ft section before switching. If the dumbbells come down at any point during the 25 ft section, judge will mark with their foot where dumbbells came down and athletes will place the dumbbells at the shoulder, perform a shoulder to overhead and can continue, but feet may not move before dumbbells are locked out overhead.
