RX Divisions
Alternate Every 2:30 with your partner x 6 sets (3rds each):
*Odd sets: Partner 1 work; Partner 2 rest
*Even sets: Partner 2 work; Partner 1 rest
Sets 1+2: 30/24x Calorie Row + Establish a 4RM Hang Clean (Squat/Power)
Sets 3+4: 25/20x Calorie Row + Establish a 3RM Hang Clean (Squat/Power)
Sets 5-6: 20/16x Calorie Row + Establish a 2RM Hang Clean (Squat/Power)
*Score is the sum of the heaviest weight lifted for each set across all 6 sets
