At 3,2,1, go the athlete will begin working on 3 rounds of 10 strict hand stand push-ups, 10 cleans at 135# for men and 95# for women, and 50 double unders in that order. Once the 3 rounds are complete, the athlete will take a 60 second rest. The athlete will change the weight of the barbell for the second part of the workout (185# for the men, 135# for the women). At the conclusion of the 60 second rest, the athlete will begin 3 rounds of 15 kipping hand stand push ups, 5 squat cleans, and 50 double unders. Score will be the time at the completion of the 50th double under.
