*Tiebreak time is the time when the 30th burpee box jump over is completed*
At 3,2,1 Athlete will begin rowing until 60 calories are completed. Athlete may start on the rower, but can NOT touch the rower handle until the WOD statrts and the clock is visible to the camera. Athlete will move on to the thrusters and once the 50 reps of thrusters at 75# for men (55# for scaled men) and 55# for women (35# for scaled women) the first weight for women are completed, the athlete may move on to the 40 toes-to-bar.  After 40 toes-to-bar the athlete can then move on to 30 burpee box jump overs at 24" (men) and 20" (women). Once the 30 burpee box jump overs have been completed, the athlete will begin working on the 20 chest to bar pull ups. If a full round is complete prior to the 15:00 minute, the athlete may move on to their second round starting with 60 calories on the row.
