Ouvrir le timerIntermediate: 3 Rounds For Time: 10 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups 10 Cleans 115/80 30 Double Unders Rest 60s 3 Rounds For Time: 10 Shoulder-To-Overhead 155/105 5 Squat Cleans 155/105 30 Double Unders 15 Min Time Cap At 3,2,1, go the athlete will begin working on 3 rounds of 10 strict handstand push-ups, 10 cleans at the first weight prescribed per division, and 50 double unders in that order. Once the 3 rounds are complete, the athlete will take a 60 second rest. The athlete will change the weight of the barbell for the second weight prescribed for each division. At the conclusion of the 60 second rest, the athlete will begin 3 rounds of 15 kipping handstand push ups, 5 squat cleans, and 50 double unders. Score will be the time at the completion of the 50th double under.
