SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 19th of July 2019, 23:59 EEST. MASTERS 50 - SCALED - TEENS - ROOKIES 19.3 has a 8 minute time cap to complete: 6 - 9 - 12 - 9 - 6 snatches chest to bar pull ups (female athletes pull ups) ROOKIES: male and female athletes must perform hang snatches with empty bar and jumping pull ups SCORE: total time to complete the workout. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 19th of July 2019, 23:59 EEST.
