21 Double Unders
R1: 7 Pull Ups / R2: Chest to Bar / R3: Bar Muscle Ups
7 Box Jump Overs 24/20
7 Single Arm Devils Press 50/35
Time Cap: 7 minutes
Each round the athlete will perform 21 double unders into 7 repetitions of gymnastics on the bar, moving from 7 pull ups in round 1 to 7 chest to bar in round 2 and then 7 bar muscle ups in round 3 into 7 box jump overs at 24 inches for men and 20 inches for women with a required step down into 7 single arm devils press at 50lbs for men and 35lbs for women. Fastest time at the completion of all reps wins. Tie Break is time when last repetition of last box jump over is completed.
