Déroulé
For time (Time-Cap: 45min) Run 3 laps of Lyster Barracks Ring Road (1lap=600meters) 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 air squats Run 3 laps of Lyster Barracks Ring Road (1lap=600meters) The runs will be performed as a Team, then the Repetitions of each movement will be split between all three members of the Team, as the Team sees fit, however only one athlete can work at any one time, with the other two resting. Change overs between athletes must happen outside the prescribed movement area with a high-five. RX: all 3 athletes wearing a weighted vest Scaled: No vest
