"BAR FIGHT"

Déroulé
MAX OUT EVENT: 8 minutes to find Max: Both Athletes will have a combined 8 minutes to find a 1RM: 1 Clean & Jerk (Power or Squat, Split or Push jerk allowed) Athletes 1RM will be combined for score. STANDARDS: Plates will be designated for each lane, partners can help load and unload plates when the time starts and share the 8 minutes to each find their 1 rep max. A power or squat clean is allowed and split or push jerk. Athlete must be in full lockout at the end of the rep, hips and shoulders locked out, full extension.
